At Zephyroxnrex, we take pride in creating high-quality floral arrangements. Due to the perishable nature of fresh flowers and the custom design of our arrangements, our return policy is tailored to ensure customer satisfaction while recognizing the unique characteristics of floral products.

Fresh Flower Arrangements

Fresh floral arrangements are living products that begin to change immediately after delivery. We stand behind the quality of our arrangements and will work with you to resolve any issues.

• If you receive an arrangement that is damaged, incorrect, or not as described, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery
• We may request photographs of the arrangement to help us assess the situation
• We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include replacement, credit, or refund

Custom Orders

Custom floral arrangements and event installations are designed specifically for your needs. These orders:

• Cannot be returned once production has begun
• Require a consultation and written confirmation before production
• Are subject to the terms agreed upon during the consultation process

If you need to cancel a custom order, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellation policies will be communicated during the consultation.

Event Services

For event services, including wedding installations and corporate events:

• Cancellation policies will be specified in your service agreement
• Deposits may be required and are subject to the terms of your agreement
• Changes to event orders must be requested with sufficient notice

Refund Process

If a refund is approved:

• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days
• You may receive a store credit as an alternative to a refund
• Shipping costs are generally non-refundable unless the error was on our part

Care and Handling

To ensure your floral arrangement lasts as long as possible:

• Follow the care instructions provided with your order
• Keep arrangements away from direct sunlight and heat sources
• Change water regularly and trim stems as needed

Normal wilting or changes in appearance due to the natural aging process of flowers are not grounds for return or refund.
